MRVCares will host its second community education program on COVID-19 this Sunday, November 8th, from 8:00 to 9:00 pm. The program will be held on Zoom and broadcast on MRVTV channels 44/244. Members of MRVCares and invited guests will serve as panelists. The panelists will discuss:
- Recent surge of COVID-19 cases in the state and New England
- Experience in the schools and looking forward
- Staying safe over the holidays and during the colder weather
- Questions and topics suggested by Valley residents
The panelists want to address COVID-19 topics on the minds of area residents. If you have questions and topics you would like addressed, please send your suggestions to MadRiverCares@gmail.com.
The panel will be moderated by Lauren Kaskey, public health professional, and will be comprised of: Karen Nelson, Public Health Nurse; Clayton S. Wetzel III, Waitsfield School Nurse; Dr. Catherine Mygatt Naden, physician; Liza Jernigan, Harwood Union High School senior; and Gavin Thomsen, Harwood Union High School senior.
