Via Zoom Remote Meeting (see below)

I. Call to Order: 7:00 PM

II. Public Forum.

III. Bristol Public Works and Police Department Building Site and Needs Analysis.
In response to a Request for Proposals issued in January of this year, the design team at Bread Loaf Corporation (BLC) was hired, after a bit of a COVID-19 delay, to evaluate the current and future operational needs of the Public Works Department at their facility located at 80 Pine Street; develop a space, site, and cost analysis and preliminary plans for recommended improvements; and produce a cost-effective and realistic plan for addressing the Public Works Department's current and long-term needs.

The scope of the study was broadened to include the current and future program needs of the Bristol Police Department and to explore whether a new facility could be added to the Public Works site. The Police Station is currently located in rented space at Bristol Works! on Munsill Avenue.

The BLC design team has produced a report outlining their findings, questions, and graphics illustrating preliminary concepts.

This will be an opportunity for the BLC design team to present their findings and receive feedback from Town officials and the public. It will also be an opportunity for the Selectboard to provide direction for next steps going forward.
• Introductions.
• Review of findings, recommendations, and remaining questions.
