Now more than ever, we need the tools to calm our nervous system. How to do that? Well, tapping is one method. If you've heard of tapping and wondered what it was about, or even if you've been tapping and are curious to find out why this weird thing actually does work, come to the class Louise SaintOnge will be giving, courtesy of the Waterbury Public Library, this Wednesday evening, November 3rd from 6-7:30 pm. A veteran tapper, Louise can attest to its power and efficacy. From PTSD to pain, try tapping. Known as Emotional Freedom Technique, of EFT, the practitioner taps meridian points along the body, calming the nervous system while asking questions or making statements about the issue. Sounds hooey, but I invite you to give it a try.
