Trick or Treating is from 5-7pm. I've been working with Maura Wygams, who lives on Greenbush, and a couple others to ensure there is a safe, inclusive Halloween for all kids. The pumpkin parade at the library and candy dispensing stations (also being called Trunk or Treating) were set up in response to the lower number of Greenbush homes handing out candy this year. It is part of the Greenbush/Ferry road Halloween experience.  The pumpkin parade is also giving out candy. There will also be an organ playing creepy tunes at the library.
