The Cemetery Commission will be conducting our annual spring cleanup Sunday, May 4 at 9 a.m. beginning in the East Cemetery.
During the cleanup we remove fallen limbs, brown wreaths and brown flowers, debris and trash. New wreaths, flowers and decorations will not be removed.
If there are items that you are concerned about please remove these items from your loved ones gravesites before the cleanup. If you notice broken decorations or brown flowers or wreaths on your loved ones gravesites please feel free to remove these yourself.
The walk-in gates are open year round at all of the Cemeteries. We will try and have the larger drive-in gates open in advance of the cleanup on May 4. If this is not possible due to weather – all Cemeteries will officially open May 15, 2014.
