The Planning Commission is calling all property owners along East Main Street and Bridge Street within Richmond Village to attend next week's Planning Commission meeting and to provide feedback on the Planning Commission's work plan and on the following questions:

1. Would you support a more streamlined permitting process for businesses and multifamily housing in this district?
2. What do you like about the appearance of the area surrounding the current downtown? 3. Do you favor retaining the residential appearance of buildings as is currently required in this district?
4. Would you support bike lanes and sidewalks in the central area of Richmond? Would you like to bike or walk places where you currently can't or don't feel safe?
5. Would you be in favor of expanding opportunities for accessory dwelling units?
Would you be in favor of expanding the Residential/Commercial District into any of the following areas: W. Main St, Jericho Rd, Thompson Rd, Cochran Rd, Huntington Rd?

Next week's Planning Commission meeting will be on Wednesday, November 4th at 7 pm on Zoom, pursuant to Act 92. Here is the Zoom meeting information:
