Creating Change

As we all hold our breath and lay in wait knowing that these times have the potential to heal systems which have been broken for far too long, or to perpetuate them further into a deeper crisis of more of the same, each of us currently sits in the presence of tremendous emotion. Our feelings are our personal battle cries for movement and expression. Left un-tended to, these internal calls for action, turn inward and perpetuate into fear, isolation, and anxiety. In the swirling mass of all that is happening in our world right now it can be hard to locate ourselves and our strength to make a difference. And yet, from deep exploration comes great change. Changing the world starts from within; understanding, shifting, releasing, and sharing.

Join us in this journey of personal process to support the transformation which will nourish your mind, body, and soul to create a deeper embodiment of self and greater sense of strength in order to be a vehicle for social change. Using mindfulness, movement, and art as tools for discovery and expression, we will hold space for each other to transform from states of fear into trust, isolation into inter-connection, and anxiety into presence and empowerment. We are the ones we've been waiting for.
