The Waterbury Library is pleased to offer a new wellness class: "Meditation in Motion," a practice designed to increase awareness of the body/mind/spirit connection and support growth by simple restorative movements. Becky Widschwenter of Mindful Movement and River Buffum of Seeds of the Soul, will be leading this class the first Sunday of the month through the new year from 10-10:50 am via Zoom. We will be meeting this Sunday November 1st. Becky and River will take participants through a guided meditation, followed by gentle stretching to facilitate release & encourage space for flow. Tune into your body's innate wisdom, energy and breath!
