Vermont Arts Exchange welcomes all to the first and hopefully only, "Stay in your Car" Halloween Parade. Sat. 31st we gather at Bennington College back road around 3:30 and we'll head down into the Village. Awards for best costumed cars & humans! $10 + suggested donation at start of parade to help VAE! Live music and judging at Lincoln Square-the fountain. Happy Halloween!!!!
