Rewild Central Vermont: Halloween Tree Planting at Barre Community Gardens:

Join Mother Up! Montpelier and the Central VT node at Barre Community Gardens between 12-4 PM on October 31. Costumes encouraged! We will plant some fruit and nut trees in a few locations to support wildlife, bring a sense of wild to an urban area, and provide nuts in one of Barre's lowest income housing areas. Meet at the open green space on the northwestern portion of Elmwood Cemetery. Parking is limited, so some may want to park elsewhere in the cemetery and walk to find us. We will be adhering to COVID safety protocols including masks and physical distancing. Please rsvp to Heather at motherupmontpelier@350vt.org
