Learn to make COUNTRY LOAF BREAD at the Rise Up Bakery, behind the Old Labor Hall, 46 Granite St., Nov. 8, 1- 5 PM. Baker Jim Haas will explain and teach the essential baking processes and techniques used by both home bakers and aspiring professionals. Rise Up Bakery workshops are very hands-on, so be prepared to really get your hands into the dough!

Bring a face cover, notepad and pen, and an apron. Please dress for working with flour.
