So what if it's cold… we're Vermonters, aren't we?

350Burlington will be taking over the streets again this Friday afternoon/evening in celebration of bike riding — a sustainable mode of transport, AND to spread the GET OUT THE VOTE message in this week before the election!

The BIKE BLAST, organized by the 350 Burlington community, will begin with gathering at 5:00 pm at the parking lot diagonally across from our 350VT office on 179 S. Winooski Ave., and start riding at 5:15 pm. We'll ride for approximately a 1/2 hour, while broadcasting a democracy-affirming playlist, and experience Burlington as day magically becomes night. The ride will end with treats at Battery Park - what could be better!

Grab a bike, your bike lights, your warm cozy clothes, your mask and join us as we have fun getting out the vote, and embodying a vision of a sustainable, energetic world. Head for Greenride Bike Share if you don't currently have wheels. Be sure to check the 350Burlington Facebook page for updates in case the weather gets really quirky.
