Hello neighbors!
I am new to FPF so hello! My name is Rachael, I live on Intervale Avenue and my room mate Chester and I are currently trying to find someone to fill in our third room! We live on the second story apartment, with a nice sized porch and we have two parking spots out behind the house (one is used by my room mate Chester). The rent is 475 a month, and would be 950 for starting with security deposit. Utilities during the spring summer and fall are very very cheap, as we turn off our heater. Have two cats, but one will be leaving with the room mate who is moving out. We have wood floors, a nice big kitchen and we are very friendly people! The room is available June 1st, there is a bus stop RIGHT out side of our door, and it is only a 10 minute walk from the top of church street. We both work full time; Chester usually keeps to himself and games a lot in his room, he is very easy to get along with but you just might not see him a whole lot! I work full time, but I like to have a good time. I go out every Friday night with my friends, and I like to have people over for Sunday brunches and such. We are both happy, fun, smart and responsible individuals to live with so if you think you would match up, leave me a note!
