We posted last week about our upcoming Volunteer Day, but didn't add that before that starts, we'll be out doing out monthly Bird Monitoring Walk, and you are invited to that as well. Details below. See you soon!
BIRD MONITORING WALKS (Spring)
Saturday, April 26, 8:00 - 9:45am
Join experienced birders on the monthly bird monitoring walk on the Museum's property. We go out the last Saturday of every month. Most fun for adults, older children, and somewhat more experienced birders. Please bring your own binoculars and dress for the weather. We end the walk with cocoa, coffee and tea at the Bird Viewing Window inside the Museum. Free, donations welcome Please pre-register by phone or email (802) 434-2167 museum@birdsofvermont.org
(reminder) VOLUNTEER WORK DAY
Saturday, April 26 9am - 2pm
Please join us to prepare the Museum for the open season. From trail work to hanging art, we have opportunities for all. Come for an hour or all day, bring yourself, a friend, a family. All welcome.
If you can't come this day, please consider a couple of hours, a day, a weekly rotation, or something else! Whether you are out in the meadow, helping visitors at the front desk, or deep in the office, we would love your company and assistance. We train, too.
