On Monday, October 26th from 6-7:30, the Waterbury Public Library will be hosting AARP/Fraudwatch volunteer, Bill April for a program on general types of fraud attempts and Cyber crimes: these are computer crimes, e-mail, and error messages. You'll come away with a knowledge of what to watch out for, how to spot the perpetrators, and to whom are these crimes targeted and by whom, and finally, some solutions. Don't miss this important presentation!
Bill April has had a long career in the computer industry. Since retirement, along with volunteering with the Green Mountain Club, Bill has given over 25 presentations around the state of Vermont for AARP/Fraudwatch.
