2nd Annual Jigsaw Puzzle Swap Oct. 24

Past event

Hi Everyone,

It's that time of year to start thinking about the long Winter months and things to do to pass the time. This Winter will be especially challenging as we enter the 8th month of Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns. I find making puzzles to be very relaxing and enjoyable and an immense help in coping with the stress of being cooped up inside. So once again I will be having a jigsaw puzzle swap at my house at 95 Dion Street, rain or shine. This 2nd year event will be this Saturday, Oct. 24 from 9:00am to 10:30am, in my garage if it rains and out on the tree belt if not. I have about 50 puzzles this year (down a bit from last year) most of which are 1000-piece, but there are a few 2000-piece ones and some smaller ones. I can 98% guarantee that the puzzles are complete with no missing pieces but there always the possibility that one or two could slip by. If you are a novice to puzzle making and want to give it a try but have none to swap, no problem. Just bring a can good or food item that we will donate to the food shelf.

Last year was the first year that I did this and it was very successful. The puzzles went fast. So come early and get a jump on a fun activity that the whole family can enjoy to get through the Winter months.
