Join with others in the Deep Adaptations Community for an embodied practice from 12:30-1:00pm this Sunday directly before the 1:00 Grief Ritual (see other posting for more details). We will be meeting at the New Shelter in Hubbard Park.

Deep Adaptations is a global community of people who arrive in presence to the reality of the inevitability of social collapse due to climate change, the probability of resulting chaos, and the possibility of extinction.

We will meet for only a half hour this time to notice what arises when we sit with these realities and with each other. This will be a lead-in to the Grief Ritual.
Intentional grief spaces are a regular practice in the larger Deep Adaptations community and essential for health and resiliency during these times.
Because so many people are in need of grieving spaces I have posted it separately to include anyone. Anything anyone is ripe for grieving is welcome... for some of us who align with Deep Adaptations, this may include layers stirred by these realities.
