On November 10th, we will be discussing Salvage the Bones by Jesmyn Ward, winner of the 2011 National Book Award for fiction. This book explores the plight of a working-class Mississippi African American family as they prepare for and experience Hurricane Katrina. Led by Librarian Barbara Ball. Come by the library or call 674-2556 to get a copy of the book.
