Dear EWSD Community Member,
The Essex Westford School Board needs your help in developing our Equity Policy. Policies are value statements adopted by the school board that help us govern the school district. You are invited to share your hopes and expectations for equity in our school district by attending the EWSD Equity Policy Development Round Table scheduled for October 27th at 5:30 PM. Your voice is important to us and will inform all of the work we do as a board moving forward.
This event will be held on Zoom. As part of the meeting, we will review some of the initial policy drafting and the community feedback to date through the "Thought Exchange" on the topic. Our process is designed to support all voices being part of this work. Our goal is to create an opportunity to share your thoughts and hear from others about what is most important. All stakeholders are welcome.
Interpretation closed captioning, and locations with the internet and computers for participation can be made available based on participant needs.
