CARES Act & Legislative Involvement

Join Ruby Baker and Marichel Vaught from the Community of Vermont Elders (COVE) to learn about the issues and bills being discussed at the State House affecting older Vermonters such as the state's allocation of funds from the CARES Act and the Older Vermonters Act, which was passed by the House and is headed to the Senate floor. Also learn about how you can engage in the legislative process and be an active voice to your lawmakers.

COVE's mission is to improve quality of life for Vermonters as we age through dialogue, education, advocacy, and empowerment.
