Shelburne Village Dog Park Costume Party Oct. 31

Past event
Oct 31, 2020, 11 AM to 1 PM

Please join the Shelburne Village Dog Park Committee for a dog costume party on Halloween. All dogs and humans are welcome. This is a chance to see the new fence the dog park installed and to enjoy the wooded park. We ask that all humans wear masks at the event and keep a 6 foot distance to comply with Vermont safety guidelines. We also ask that everyone complies with the park rules which are posted at the entrance of the park.

Members of the Shelburne Dog Park Committee will be at the event to take photos of the dogs in costume which will be posted on Facebook after the event. Parking is across from the Shelburne Community School. Just look for our event sign and balloons. A committee member will be posted at the parking site to give directions on where to park and will give out a treat for your dogs on your way home. Please do not park at the Velco station near the park.

The Shelburne Dog Park is a wonderful place for dogs to play and socialize in the natural elements. The park is wooded with tall grasses and trees. Depending on the weather the park can sometimes be muddy so we recommend costumes that you don't mind getting wet or dirty.

We look forward to seeing you and your furry friends!
