When we think about weatherization in Vermont we are not just talking about insulation and building materials. We're also talking about the people who do that work day in and day out. Join us for a panel discussion with women who are in that workforce, who are a part of every step in someone's weatherization journey from the intitatial audit to getting the rebate check at the end of the job! Change the Story's Jessica Nordhaus will facilitate this discussion with women from the HEATSquad at Neighbor Works of Western Vermont, an alumna of Vermont Work's for Women's Trailblazer program, and an expert in new construction from VEIC. Come with questions and learn about the range of experiences that women bring to weatherization.
