In addition to our regular hours from 9:00 - 1:00, we'll be open Saturday, October 31st from 5:00 - 7:00 PM for our annual Halloween event.
We'll be in costume and plan to distribute 50 treat bags. Per tradition, Mr. Ding-a-Ling's ice cream truck will be on site. To add a new element, we'll be handing out fun flyers that educate folks about bats and why they're not to be feared, but celebrated. In a free drawing, one lucky attendee will win Gina's framed bat print inspired by the work of Merlin Tuttle, world renowned bat conservationist. Stop in to see the print between now and then!
And, there's more -- for those who follow our Facebook page and are enamored by Gatsby, the Great Dane, he will be visiting along with his owner and library volunteer, Kiki Maples.
Join us for a socially distanced Halloween!
