When Vermont artist Carol MacDonald conceived of Mending Fences, she saw much around her in need of repair. While working on the exhibit she listened to Ta-Nehisi Coates and exploring understandings of racism in society.
Join Rokeby Musem volunteers and staff in a book-sharing conversation. Bring a book that explores themes of repair, racism, and history to recommend, or just join to gather titles for your winter reading.
This will be a FREE open forum via Zoom but please register in advance on the Rokeby Museum website. Books titles discussed will be collected and emailed to participants.
