On Thursday, October 22 at 6:30 p.m. the Essex Planning Commission will review an application for development in your neighborhood.
Andrew Hood and Mansfield Industrial Associates, LLC have proposed to narrow part of a new private road to be named Boston Court, which will provide access to 4 previously approved new warehouse buildings totaling 33,860 square feet. The change requires a modification to the standard specifications for road design in order to fit within an existing easement.
