Dear Devoted Customers,
This week is melancholy. Friday, October 16, 2020, is our last Farmers Market of the year. Despite the uncertainty that the pandemic brought this spring, we (customers, vendors, and the market team alike) persevered.
Thank you to each and every one of you who made our market possible in this extraordinary time. Despite strict and ever-changing regulations - WE DID IT! We invested in our local economy, we supported our neighbors, we shared good food, we shopped outside, we wore our masks, we sanitized our hands, and we got to groove to some great music, all the while being diligently safe and respectful.

You best believe we have music this week! The Slow Cookers are back. These guys and gals find stability with the abundant energy surrounding their performances and squeeze the groove — much like a slow cooker does to the big cuts. While you might hear anything from folk classics to today’s most popular hits, a common thread strings the set together: tight vocal harmonies, a steady groove, and unbridled energy that invites you to smile and perhaps even dance. Visit their website or find them on facebook and instagram.

The band will play from 3:30-5:30 and the market will run from 3:00-6:00pm in October. We are closing a half hour early so that our vendors can pack up with a little more light.

Please spread the word about Crop Cash! For the month of October, you can triple your money at the market with Crop Cash. If you swipe an EBT card at our market, you will receive an additional $2 in Crop Cash coupons for every $1 you redeem off of your EBT card. Your EBT money can be matched up to $10 of EBT redeemed, for a maximum of $20 in Crop Cash at each weekly market. This program not only boosts the fresh fruit and vegetable consumption in your community, but these extra Crop Cash dollars go straight into the hands of your local, dedicated, and invaluable farmers. It's a win-win.

Parking: please be sure to park on the left side (when entering from Bridge St.) of the lot or down the road heading towards the baseball field and bathrooms. Overflow parking is at the town hall. The right side of the lot is restaurant parking only.

The market is open from 3:00-6:00pm. Music runs from 3:30-5:30pm. Please reserve 3:00-3:30pm for at risk shoppers only.
