Also on the agenda is a discussion on a proposed 2.2 mW solar array on Lake Rd. Because of its size, that project is exempt from town permits. However, the town can weigh in on various aspects of the proposed solar farm & convey their concerns to the state Public Utilities Commission, which will decide if the project can be built.
