All Village residents are invited to attend an IMPORTANT online public hearing about the Essex Junction-Essex Town merger plan and whether the Village should adopt its annual budget by Australian ballot. These are Articles 1 and 2, respectively, on the special election ballot sent to all Essex Junction active voters last week.

The public hearing is at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 13. You can join online by computer, tablet, or phone. Instructions for joining online are at: https://www.essexjunction.org/ Click on the meeting posted under "Upcoming Events" and follow the instructions for joining the meeting with Microsoft teams or by phone.

The public hearing is sponsored by the Essex Junction Trustees. They will describe the merger plan and budget change proposal and take questions from audience members. All Village voters are invited to participate in this important community conversation.
