Playback Theater: ReAwakening Aliveness!

Come build resilience and community with Playback Theater! Our theme for the afternoon is "reawakening aliveness." What makes you feel most alive? When are times when you have felt that vibrancy and when are some times when you have not? What does it feel like when you are in your fullness? Bring us your stories of delight, of connection, of returning to yourself, of struggling to feel like yourself, and of the resilience of being alive.
Playback Theater is a form of improvisational theater where audience members share stories from their lives and watch them enacted on the spot. The playback may take a variety of forms, and include a combination of movement, words, metaphor, and music to embody the emotional content of the story and touch the universal threads embedded within.
This is a healing space and we ask all who attend to maintain confidentiality and respect each other's privacy. We will share this space, socially-distanced and masked. Most appropriate for ages 12-18 and adults.
