The purpose of this public hearing is to receive written or oral views on a proposed ordinance that would regulate the "installation of water service connections, meters, backflow devices, hydrants, valves and other existing or proposed components of the water system owned by the Town of Northfield" with "penalties for violations thereof." Those who do not wish to attend the public hearing in person due to COVID-19 concerns can do so remotely.
