The Rutland County Solid Waste District will be collecting Household Hazardous Waste for Proctor residents at the Proctor Transfer Station on Saturday Oct 10, 2020 from 11am to 2 pm. Come by with your aerosol cans, paint, batteries, bulbs, pesticides, automobile fluids, and other chemicals you can't use.
Due to the Covid-19 environment, we have instated new requirements for your participation in this program. These include: prepare a list of HHW to drop-off before arrival, remain in your car until the collection staff allow you to exit, and there are limits on dropping off reasonable quantities.
