“My Grandmother’s Hands: Racialized Trauma and the Pathway to Mending Our Hearts and Bodies” by Resmaa Menakem is a game changer in terms of our understanding of race issues in our country and how to heal them. So hopeful! In October and November, we'll spend 5 sessions reading, discussing and doing together the breathing and other embodied practices that the author presents. It's a great book!
