Graphic novels will be available to Bixby Library card holders as an ebook on hoopla. To access ebooks, you will need your library barcode and password. You can find directions on how to login and use hoopla on the library website. Hoopla access is made possible through the use of the Freda Fishman Stroh Cultural grant.
