My name is Colleen and I am working towards my Yoga & Mindfulness for Children certification through Child Light Education.

I completed my 16 hour weekend training class in March and I am required to offer a free class in my community!

I am inviting parents in my community to accompany their toddler age 2-5 for a
Fall for Yoga Toddler movement class on Thursday, 10/8/20 at 10AM on my property in Williston Vermont.
The class will be filled with songs, movement and yes! Yoga! No prior yoga experience needed for parents or their littles!
