The Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST) of Vermont is offering, for their first time, a free and open to the general public afternoon session of their annual conference! The conference features keynote speaker Debbie Deem, an expert in romance scams, as well as speakers on the psychology of scams and why they are effective along with the resources available for survivors of financial exploitation.
