Are you interested in digging deeper into composting? Or maybe you've started composting and questions have come up along the way. Join a group of Master Composters and staff from 350 Rutland County, Rutland County Solid Waste District (RCSWD), and Solid Waste Alliance Communities (SWAC) on Saturday, October 17th from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. or Thursday, October 22 from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in a virtual workshop where you'll have a chance to get your questions answered.
In addition, Forrest Hammond will be speaking on composting and bears. Forrest is a Wildlife Biologist, Black Bear Project Leader and has been working in black bear research since 1990. He holds a master's degree in wildlife management.
