This pandemic is not stopping the Halloween Parade! Vermont Arts Exchanges presents a once only (hopefully), "Stay in Your Car" Halloween Parade. We'll have our usual costume awards (announced a few days later) and will be judging the costumes of cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs (with insurance liability forms) and of course human inhabitants of these wheeled machines. So start your engines and your planning!! The route is To Be Determined, but judging will be at Lincoln Square fountain/Power's Market where live music and free hot dogs could be found.
