Get into the Halloween spirit by getting your materials for Reading's Second Annual Build-A-Scarecrow Contest. We'll have clothes and posts for your scarecrow. You can add the rest to make it your own!
- The contest is open to everyone in town
- You can use your own materials in addition to or in place of what the Reading Recreation Commission is offering
- The Recreation Commission encourages creativity, but entries should resemble a scarecrow
- Scarecrows can be scary or funny
At the kick-off party, we'll have live music from local band Bluegrasoles and fall-themed sweets.
