This is a facebook class that will challenge you to quit sugar at least for long enough to judge fairly how you feel without it, and possibly for the rest of your life! Each morning I will post a live video class and some handouts for your use. Each day I will give you some small steps so that little by little you know how and why to berefined sugar free.
