Dear Neighbors, activists, and friends from the community,

The Vermont International Film Festival (VTIFF) is excited to invite you to an outdoor screening of Good Trouble, the story of the iconic life of civil rights leader John Lewis. Congressman Peter Welch will introduce the film and City Councilor Zoraya Hightower will be with us as well. The documentary is very moving and historically insightful.

The screening will be held on the waterfront near the Moran Plant beginning at 7:15 PM on Saturday, September 26. Because "seating" will be limited and first-come-first-served, go here first for the full details: https://vtiff.org/events/john-lewis-good-trouble-outdoor-screening/.

The weather is predicted to be lovely. Bring blankets and beach chairs, and there will be designated spaces on the lawn for maintaining social distancing!
