National Alliance on Mental Illness-NAMIWalks Your Way Vermont :
A Virtual Event with NAMI Vermont
And a Car Parade starting at 1pm and traveling down North Avenue into Burlington City!

Saturday, October 3, 2020

Our annual walk fundraiser and outreach event is taking a new route!

Join the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont (NAMI Vermont) for our NAMIWalks Your Way Vermont on October 3. The event is exactly how it sounds, you get to make it your very own. Walk around your neighborhood, work in your garden, host a bingo night, take a bike ride. Make it your day! And encourage others to donate to your fundraising page or join your team.

We are offering raffles, daily virtual activities all this month until October 3, and a Car Parade through downtown Burlington at 1 pm for those who are still looking for an activity to do.

Know that when you "walk" with us, you are helping us celebrate the hope of recovery, shine a light on mental health, and raise funds to support the FREE support groups, classes and workshops offered by NAMI Vermont around the state.
The state of Vermont has the second highest rate of suicide in the country. We can do better. Please help NAMI VT stamp out stigma and help promote better care for those suffering from mental health challenges.

Register or donate today at NAMIWalks.org/Vermont!

Together, we can work toward our goal of Mental Health for All!
