What better for these times than a youth organization that promotes outdoor fun, physical fitness, citizenship, practical skills, and emphasizes personal growth and the cultivation of leadership abilities? Middlebury Cub Scout Pack 536 (for boys and girls, grades K through 5) and Scouts BSA Troop 536 (for boys and girls, grades 6 through 12) are hosting an informational and recruitment event this Saturday, September 26th, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the pavilion near the Mary Hogan recreation fields. Please stop by to meet with local Scouts and Scout leaders, and representatives of the Ethan Allen District of the Green Mountain Council, to learn all about what Scouts has to offer. Paper form and electronic registration will be available during the session. Please do wear your mask, and practice appropriate physical distancing.
