This year's Lucy Mac 5K9 will be like no other! As we look to stay safe and support one another during this time of social distancing, we're inviting everybody to participate in running or walking a 5K anywhere in the world — locally or further beyond — between September 25 and October 05, 2020.

You can participate solo, or with your family and friends or coworkers – it's up to you! And, as always, dogs are entirely welcome to join in on the fun! The only rule is that it must be a distance of 3.1 miles (or 5 kilometers) and be completed between September 25 and October 5.

For past participants and those that love our traditional 5K trail route on Ascutney Mountain, you're in luck! Our friends at Ascutney Outdoors are letting us mark the trail for the duration of the event. Enjoy the views while completing the course on your own!
