Nobel Peace Laureate Jody Williams to Kick-Off Fall Events

10 September 2020, Brattleboro VT: The Covid Era shadow forced the Windham World Affairs Council (WWAC) to cancel last Spring's monthly events. WWAC returns now with fresh board members committed to create participatory Zoom talks that shine light on global issues of importance to our community.

On Sunday, September 27, from 4 to 5:30 pm, Nobel laureate Jody Williams will speak on "Stepping Up and Taking Action on Killer Robots and the New Nuclear Arms Race."
