Bird Walk at Pelots Natural Area

Join NHP&R volunteer, Terry Marron, for a fall bird walk at Pelots Natural Area at 10 am on Sunday, September 27th. Take a stroll along the beautiful trails to find migrating warblers, shorebirds and waterfowl. This 2-3 hour walk will cover fairly easy terrain with just a few steep spots. Participants should wear sturdy shoes, be tick prepared and bring binoculars, a field guide, water bottle, snack and a mask. The group will be limited to 10 participants.

Participants are invited to stop by the Green Tara Gallery and Krammer & Kin Tasting Room for a taste of local beer and to view the "Earth First: Living Place" exhibit at the gallery.
