The Herald, with support from the Rochester Public Library, is hosting a virtual forum for the candidates seeking the Windsor-Rutland seat in the House of Representatives.

Candidates Wayne Townsend (Republican) and Kirk White (Democrat) will answer questions posed by constituents and Herald staff.
