Come learn to extend the life of your clothing, strengthen and make more sustainable your closet, and add marks of hand-making to your wardrobe. We will focus primarily on mending denim and workwear, as well as holes in linen, cotton, and wool. Materials including sashiko thread and needles, practice swatches, and patches will be provided, just bring a pair of jeans or other item you'd like to begin mending.

Masks will be required. The cost is $75. Please email frosthouse@bennington.edu to register! (Rain date is Sept 27.)
