DRUMMING FOR YOUR RHYTHM CIRCLE

A minimal donation of $10 to cover space & use of instruments from djembes, frame drums, rattles, xylophone, tuning forks, and more.
Bring a percussion instrument and folding chair if you have it
Wear comfortable clothing
Partial proceeds donated to Safe Art.

This is a lightly coached improvisational circle.
All experience levels are welcome. All you need is a heartbeat!
No wrong notes in drumming

Come awaken and feel your inner rhythm while you receive and create healing vibrations to harmonize your emotions and liberate your spirit. Rhythm is medicine for your mind/body.
