1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).

III. Emerald Ash Borer Orientation: Joanne Garton, VT Dept. of Forests, Parks & Recreation.
1. Overview of EAB in Vermont and beyond. This will be very worthwhile to provide context and useful updated information for why it is important we are doing this.
2. Logistics for inventory training (materials needed, schedule, etc.). The next step will be training. The inventory will require particular electronic devices to record information out on town roads, streets, parks, and other public properties. Who needs what and by when?
3. Anything else.

IV. Emerald Ash Borer Strategic Plan Committee Next Steps.
1. Committee organization:
a. Appoint/elect a Chairperson?
b. Designate a note taker?
2. Review the overall work plan, schedule, and benchmarks.
3. Anything else.

V. Adjourn.
