A few highlights from Thursday's Planning Commission agenda:
A 6:15 site plan visit to 251 Ferry Rd. is scheduled for the Charlotte Family Health Center. They have proposed a new medical office facility. This follows up a continued public hearing from the Sept. 6 meeting. The PC will reconvene that hearing at 7:15 to accept additional testimony from the applicant and the public. Note: this is a sketch plan review for a Site Plan & Boundary Adjustment application. Additional hearings will be scheduled this fall.
At 8:00, the PC will do markup & final review of a slew of draft amendments to the Charlotte Land Use regulations. These include: an update of East Charlotte Village Commercial District zoning, new standards for Accessory On-Farm Businesses, and a long list of technical and policy updates. A public hearing on these drafts will be held Oct. 1.
Review & approval of a draft Final Plat for a proposed 2-lot subdivision at 1706 Carpenter Rd. is also planned.
